fix: remove all references to lib.mdDoc #937

documentation strings for options have been markdown-formatted for a while now, with lib.mdDoc being set to lib.id at last year

now that nixpkgs shows a warning, it's really annoying having trace: warning: lib.mdDoc will be removed from nixpkgs in 24.11. Option descriptions are now in Markdown by default; you can remove any remaining uses of lib.mdDoc. spam my screen
