Typescript types #33

Restructure the project so that the typescript types live in separate files and have to be imported. This could lead to a clearer arrangement and makes it possible to reuse some types that are often needed.

yeah sure! would be great to have some help.. you can fork the project and create a feature branch from the develop branch - would be very much appreciated!
