We need the possibility to also collect some profile information about the students. The students should be able to enter the information about them by themselves.

[x] Add a admin interface for setting up the student attributes that should be asked for
[x] Add a user interface for students to fill out their attributes
[x] Add database models for the attributes and the students answers
[ ] Add an admin interface to view and export the results
