progressiveMauve & prokka dbdir #7

Hi, Thanks for your tools. I had 2 problems before I got a complete job that i solved. Unable to run with progressiveMauve version 2.4.0 but works with 2.3.1. I added an new input argument to specify the path of the prokka database (--dbdir) because by default it looks into "/usr/local/db". It will be useful to add this to next version.
