This is a jupyter notebook widget to visualize models using cytoscapejs. It allows users to see a static view of the model where the nodes are the species and the edges are the interactions between species (reactions). Additionally, there is a dynamic view of the model where the nodes have temporal information about relative concentration (species concentration is normalized to the maximum attained in the simulation) and edges have information about percentage of the flux going through a specific reaction. Additionally, by clicking in nodes or edges it is possible to obtain information about absolute concentration and reaction rates.
