How about static colorschemes? #33

Hi all,

Thank you for the awesome work. (It appears to have some defect on my keeb, but I'll report once I'm sure there is nothing missing on my side.)

I thought it would be nice to add custom, key-wise static colorschemes. Would that fit within the project? I took a stab myself at a zsh script to set static colorcodes. The script is meant as a mere proof of concept, but I may have the time to re-write in python if that's something worthy of consideration for razer-cli.

Others and I would definitely appreciate it if you could add this to razer-cli! I've listed a few code examples on how this could be done and is done in other configuration software using openrazer in this comment: https://github.com/LoLei/razer-cli/issues/25#issuecomment-687575303
