Finalise what LoVoCCS ID setup to use - fundamental question is whether all 144 clusters are relevant #12
The main LoVoCCS sample is of 107 clusters, but I've been working with a sample containing 144 clusters - the trouble is there are 3 clusters in the 107 cluster sample that aren't in my original file - thus my original LoVoCCS ID system with MCXC Lx based IDs isn't valid with those three extras in - but clearly I need to include them.
As such for now I am bodging those clusters by giving them clearly incongruent IDs, until I get some more clarification from Shenming/Ian - then I'll figure out what to do.
