[CONTENT BUG] (Sec) Time Manipulation: Chrono Shift #100

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Chrono Shift is not granting the user its recharge buff when toggled on.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' Time Manipulation > Chrono Shift > Toggle on > Check Recharge numbers.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expected my recharge values to change once the power is toggled on.

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. I attempted to check the power in MIDS by checking all of its information in the data base finder but I was not successful in locating the issue...I am also tired so I probably easily missed the error.

Looks fixed in 3.1.1.2 .
