Combat Jumping shows unenhanced values when toggled on #112

When Combat Jumping is toggled on in at least two of my builds (both blasters), the Info window only shows base values. When toggled off, the proper enhanced values are shown. For example, enhanced defense with one level 50 Luck of the Gambler: Defense + Increased Global Recharge is 2.03%. When toggled off, this is the value shown. When toggled on, however, the base value of 1.75% is shown.

Advanced Totals generally seems to show the right value.

I think this is related to #115. When I take Musculature out of my build CJ acts as expected.
