Tombstone does not show a Fast Snipe toggle #117

Describe the bug Tombstone is a snipe, so it should show a Fast Snipe toggle, but doesn't.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Seismic Blast blaster
  2. Choose Tombstone
  3. Try to see its Fast Snipe damage
  4. Notice there's no Fast Snipe toggle

Expected behavior Like other snipes, Tombstone should have a fast snipe mode toggle.
