AT enhancements are exclusive and aren't like Rare enhancements at all. You cannot run both Superior and Non-Superior versions of the same Enhancement, likewise In game you cannot do Superior Defiant Barrage: Accuracy/Damage in one power and then in the same or another power do Defiant Barrage: Accuracy/Damage.
Hope the above explanation helps some, however with saying that,...alternate slotting will be looked at in the future to determine how it should interact with exclusive sets.
If you have an AT enhancement, e.g., Superior Defiant Barrage: Accuracy/Damange, slotted in a power, and you switch to the alternate slots (shift-click), you can't slot slot the non-superior version of the enhancements. Likewise, you can slot the enhancement in the alternate slots of another power to test what it would do there. These enhancements should work the same way as purple set enhancements do.
