Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Incarnate>Alpha>Cardiac Core Paragon states it increases Damage Resistance by 20%. However, when you look at View Totals, your Damage Resistance does NOT increase. However, if you hover over a damaging power, you can see that your DAMAGE increases.
