Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Glue Arrow doesn't properly list the negative recharge value at the bottom of the INFO tab, the information is incorrect in the "hover over" +Recharge label text as well as the +Recharge information under the EFFECTS Tab.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expect for the section to read +Recharge: -40% Recharge
