Water jet has the wrong base damage (Blaster)

Describe the bug The water jet power shows a base damage of about 80 for a lvl 50 Blaster, but the in game power info shows about 120.

To Reproduce Create a blaster with water blast primary Choose Water Jet to add it to the build (lvl 18) Examine the INFO panel's Damage section

Expected behavior Damage should be about 120
