Chinese translates #21

There is a 2 version of Chinese translates: basic Chinese (Simplified) and included English and Chinese both.

hey, thanks for translating meltdown! im just wondering if "english and chinese" is a usual option in games because it seems kind of redundant. other than that i'll be able to merge it sometime soon while i do other backend changes

Thanks for reply, about "English and Chinese" version, it is might redundant for more players, so if you dont want to merge that file, just please ignore

ah okay thanks for responding, it'll be merged and will be in the next meltdown release! (it could be up to a week doing a bunch of other stuff)
