What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start the loader
2.go to settings ->system
3.turn off the option
4.save settings
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the game to start without connectting to the internet to update my
wiinertag gamecard. instead it always connect to the network to update it
What version of the product are you using?
70 MOD r51
If its a problem with GC games, what DIOS MIOS (Lite) version is used?
If an exception occurs, please attach a picture of it.

I just want to be able to turn on/off the option to update the wiinertag
gamecard, usually the default option for me is on, but sometimes i want to turn
it off and keep it that way for days but i can't... i have to turn it off every
time i start the loader... if i turn it off, save the settings and start a
game... the gamecard stays off... but.. if I want to play another game... I
start the loader again and the option is back on!!!! so i have to turn it off
again..... it bothers me a lot
