Refreshing the search results should not steal the focus #9

  1. Open library
  2. Ctrl+C
  3. Ctrl+V
  4. "Keep both"
  5. Try to type in field
  6. Editor loosing focus --> the search field is focues

Expectation: After the merge dialog is close,d the focus is on the field, where I pressed Ctrl+V.

I can't reproduce the issue.

Try to type in field

Before pressing Ctrl + V, the entry editor is already unfocused. If Ctrl + V is pressed while a field is focused, the value will be pasted into the field.

  1. Open "simple-search-library.bib"
  2. Search for "S"
  3. Select group "g"
  4. Double click article n4
  5. Go to Field "Title"
  6. Glick on Article n4 again (different to issue description)
  7. Press ctrl+C
  8. Press ctrl+V
  9. Click "Keep both"
  10. Hurry up to click into Title field
  11. See that JabRef jumps to Search field
