Centering #3

I really liked the centered article+toc layout, what happened to it?

Basically, I updated forester and I had to reset the style sheet/xsl file to be compatible with new features. I think that the way to do this in the future is to contribute the centered layout as an option to the upstream template, or figure out some way of modularizing the theme, so that I don't have to manually reconcile changes every time the upstream theme changes.

What about having two stylesheets, one which is the state-mandated one and a custom one? Maybe I should send this comment to the mailing list?
