Change "parcel mode" text in the hybrid mode selector to something generic #198

"Parcel mode" is sometimes sidewalk-mode or intersection-mode or sidewalk/intersection/whatever-mode. We should try to choose something generic here. Alternatively, we can make it configurable, but that creates some more maintenance work for us and/or puts another, subtle decision on users who need to make that choice.

"Object mode" will work for now. "Shape mode"? "Polygon mode"?
