[BUG]Location in listing process #36

The default location is showing "Location" for users who have not entered their location yet.

Expected Behavior: The location field should show user's current location obtained at homepage, rather than the word "Location" for users who do not have their location entered in the Location Book.

If no location book exists, hide Location selector and map component.
