[BUG]Upload Photo from Photo Library #45

When I chose Photo Library for uploading photos, another set of options of Photo Library, Take Photo, Choose File is showing up

Expected Behavior: Users should be directed to Photo Library directly after clicking the Photo Library option. There should not be an option for "Choose File". image image

The file selection behavior depends on different Brower and OS. After this fix, no buttom popup display on Apple device.
