Fixed Add Map Modal and Add Layer Modal to respond to Cynthia's Testing

Map Modal Testing

In response to your prior testing comments:

• The label for the second text box should be Description. The prompt text should be "Add a description to help people understand your map" DONE
• When the user toggles between Create a new dataset / Use existing project dataset(s), the dialog shifts because the dataset names are displayed and hidden. Always show the dataset names and grey them out when New dataset is selected. DONE
• When the user enters the New Map modal, the default state should be having the map name selected so that when the user starts typing, it overwrites the current name "Untitled Map" DONE
• The title should be "EDIT MAP NAME AND DESCRIPTION". DONE
• If user elects to create a new map, the map name needs to be unique within the project. Increment map names as follows: Untitled Map, Untitled Map 2, Untitled Map 3, Untitled Map 4 DONE
• If user elects to create a new dataset, the dataset name needs to be unique. Increment dataset names as follows: Untitled Dataset, Untitled Dataset 2, Untitled Dataset 3, Untitled Dataset 4 TBD: Server-Side Change DONE

To be addressed later (NOT THIS SPRINT) Main Screen / Delete Save Map I think these don't make sense anymore. Delete map will be on the Map menu. Save map - what does this do? I thought modifications to maps were immediately saved.SV: Let's keep these for now until we have that intermediate Maps screen (where delete will ultimately go). Re: "SAVE": I'm not sure when the SAVE button is needed. Question for Riley.

Select Map / Add Map dropdown menu modal - this drop down persists if I select a different item such as "Add Layer". It should close if use selects something outside of the dropdown. WILL FIX THIS IN A DIFFERENT BUG. GOOD CATCH

Layer Modal Testing

• New Layer default values. When new layers are created In the left pane, the default state for the layer should be True - check box checked, and Expanded - records displayed DONE
• The label for the edit box should be "Layer name". Do not use the : unless the label is on the same line as the edit box. The prompt in the edit box should be "Layer name". Remove colon after Use existing dataset. DONE
• create new dataset If there is already a dataset named "untitled dataset" nothing happens when I select "Add Layer" button. It should create a new dataset with an incremented name such as Untitled dataset 2 DONE
• The ADD LAYER button should be greyed out until a layer name is entered. Currently, it is always active, but nothing happens if there is no layer name entered. DONE
