nil error when updating order on browser that doesn't send referrer header #3484

Describe the bug Seemingly on Windows Edge, the referer is nil and causing order update code to barf: https://rollbar.com/LocalOrbit/Local-Orbit/items/447/?item_page=0&#instances

To Reproduce

  1. In Firefox in local dev, install Referrer Toggle extension
  2. Disable referrer sending
  3. Try add item to existing order
  4. You'll see error
