Updated the readme to refelct nodemon changes #132

Simple change, just included instructions on how to host nodemon, for easy copypasta for those who forget, like myself!

Your example address needs an extra zero. Also, I really advise using localhost or 127.0.0.1 vs 0.0.0.0. The latter is not actually a proper local network address and may not function correctly all of the time, because local services may use that port to do queries.
