Updated Assets, and Design Tweaks #552

This is a super cool pull! This updates, implements, and fixes up all of the assets in the app, and makes them in sync with our assets dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5g83ec7ffjn25pw/AABnx-b-FEVN6wOLPexogaWEa?dl=0

Also it adds the rest of the missing assets from the app, such as non-concurrent arrows, but now they are all added. However this led to issue #551 since we have all the arrows we need except white ones, which you will notice in the "Select a merchant" Page Screenshot.

Also I fixed a bug where the arrow on the tilt screen would bunch up due to a css rotate error. but this has also been fixed.

I tested this very thoroughly on my device and the chrome mobile inspector, but this pull is very dangerous so it should be tested, as it could lead to broken images or assets.

Seems very good. I cannot find any glaring bugs.
