Resolves #21: Improve documentation.

I added some information in the README.md that i think is missing. Also, I briefly went through the code and simplified some phpdocs and fixed method signatures.

Please merge this, I spent a lot of time figuring out those missing Doctrine relations, documentation is much clearer with these additions.
