First WSL2 kernel release updated to v6.6 from v5.15

What features are still missing? As far as I know the main change in the 6.6 config is that it makes a lot of features into modules, which doesn't make sense for us.

Since the latest feature additions to this mod, I'm not missing much anymore. Need to compare again, to be able to answer for current.
