Adding 16px and 32px icons for Netflix, Withings, Strava, and Zeo. #943

(Sorry for the duplicate, I blew away the last pull request by accident by merging it out of existence.)

I built these based on the IconDock set, since it looked like that's where all the others came from.

Since I had to make Netflix and Withings icons I figured I'd also make a quick one for @gregschwartz' Strava connector. :)

I can also provide the Illustrator file.

I'll also create a 24px version of these at some point, but the IconDock pack only had EPS files for 16px and 32px. @merc3po, do you have a master file somewhere?

I added some Zeo icons as well since that got merged in. :)

@beaugunderson I don't think there's a master file anywhere. For 24px icons I've just been using ImageMagick to scale down the 32px. I should commit that script.
