Suggest approach for tooltips #50

Hello!

I want to add tooltips for my ember-sparkles chart. But I'm relatively new to d3 and ember-d3-helpers.

Can you provide any clue of how to add tooltips?

We don't yet have this capability - we're discussing this in #40. Please stay tuned there!
