Failed to bind port (which is not busy) only while specifying host #176

Minecraft 1.18.2
Fabric

**** FAILED TO BIND PORT! error when specifying server IP or host. No errors when using * or leaving it empty.

Steps to reproduce

"The player should set this if they want the server to bind to a particular IP. It is strongly recommended that the player leaves server-ip blank. Set to blank, or the IP the player want their server to run (listen) on."

You are setting an external IP. That's not how the field works, leave it blank
