FYI, this PR adds the following:

MIT License with Lofelt GmbH copyrights instead of Meta's, to be discrete until October.
Template Meta's Code of Conduct. This file does not disclose information about Meta / Lofelt acquisition.
Release notes are now part of the CHANGELOG file.
Updated root README with authors and repository license.
