Describe the bug
I've downloaded it from PowerShell using the given command. It did create a forlder with 3 files in it (exe, readme and license).
If I double click on the exe file, nothing happens (it looks like it's trying to open something, as an icon briefly appears on the bar at the bottom of the screen, then it immediately disappears and nothing seemingly opens).
Maybe I'm missing something?
