Clarify Bedrock/Sage/Composer install.

Navi should be able to be installed from any composer.json (theme, Bedrock, ...) as it doesn't have any dependencies nor does it matter when it loads.

Cool. I had been troubleshooting and came across and old closed issue, i guess when it needed to be in the Bedrock composer. (Unless I misunderstood.)
