Add "minute" as unit in the scheduling interval estimate #218

If the scheduling interval is too short (less than 0.1 day), the 0.0 will be
display as interval.
Preferably, minutes should be supported as a unit.

I wonder when will scheduling < 0.1 day will happen. Did anyone stared this
issue changed the algorithm customization and set minimal interval to a value <
0.1? I am curious if you have other ways to do that.

It would be great to have in the "grade button style" menu an option for quick
learning which would have intervals in minutes. If, for example, I want to
study for a quiz coming up tomorrow, I would want repetitions much more
frequently.

Minutes as a unit will be added. For the interval customization, please use the
scheduling algorithm customization in the "options" in the 4th tab on the main
screen.

Added minute and hour as unit. It will be available in nightly build or next
version. Closing this issue.
