Changing language in settings will not take effect immediately #225

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to study mode
2. Go to settings
3. Change answer locale from FR to disabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The audio should be disabled after saving the settings. The answer audio is 
still played as FR.
