Card editor is displaying wrong dialog when the card is modified #297

When a card is edited, a dialog is poped up for user to confirm to exit or not. 
The text was shared with "Settings" confirmation dialog.

However AnyMemo 10.3 changed the dialog text for "Settings" to be save or not. 
So the confirmation dialog in the card editor is wrong.

To resolve this, the card editor should use the same confirmation dialog as 
"Settings".
