Number of new cards to learn on one day limit (commit feature) #75

I would like to limit number of new cards to learn.
As is: If you merge or add to your old database 100 new cards, it will keep
mixing all 100 new cards into current learning and will not finish.
To be:
Either make some option of how many new cards is learned on one day, or make
manual "commit" - that you change new to committed and those committed will be
automaticalky added to be learned as it is in supermemo.

How important is it to you?
It is important for my children, who needs reasonable amount of words a day to
learn and clear finish. Without this I have to manualy control, how many cards
is left to learn to release them from learning that day.

Do you think other people also want this feature and why?
I think it is good to be able to control number of new cards to be learned per
day.

I think there are many request for this. But I can't do it quickly. The next
feature I am going to do is algorithm customization. Second one is statistics
function, which may also gather how many you learned in a day.
