Test interaction between multiple users #10

So far I have only tested with one android device. We need to see what happens where there are multiple users in the same region transferring ownership at the same time.

Find a friend with an Android phone so we test how regions are transferred when there is more than one player in the game. I'm sure there will be bugs.
