Multiple vote tags on a vote seem to cause multiple votes to be processed

[b][b]##vote cube[/b][/b] processes as :

• zoya votes cube
• zoya unvotes cube
• zoya votes cube

This doesn't cause multiple votes to exist at one time - zoya never shows up as having two votes on cube - but it's not necessary to process it twice. Not sure how exactly the votes are parsed out of the forums text and can't go looking at the moment, but probably worth noting as something to be handled, especially if we ever want to rig VF to handle more complex game actions
