Don't allow another player's literal name as an alias

we shouldn't allow this to occur IMO; we should add some checks for alias assignment against a user's name (and potentially other aliases)

also maybe do some checks for things like "no execute", "no exec", etc. to head off Big Funny Chuckleboys
