script should store callsign field from Bill's sheet #12

often this is missing from the adsb frame, and other times the version heli's type in varies GARD1/GRDN1 so we should just associate it from Bill's sheet before storing

Bills will need to have consistent entries for the Callsigns for all the heli's. I have tweaked things a bit to pull in all the fields from Bills, though, the script is only using a few of them currently. This hasn't been pushed to the main line code yet, only in dev.
