Limits enforced :) #9

Seems that they have imposed new system limits. Queries doesn't work anymore. Tried the web interface, system says you have to wait for 12 hours for a new search.

They must have changed their code...again.
I will work on a solution for the limit; I just need to confirm the limit initiator(IP or Twitter ID), if it was the former, tor's stem, if the latter, it is beyond me.
