Add logo to .exe file #44

On windows, the blendfarm.exe file has the default .exe icon, which is quite ugly and hard to distinguish in the side bar and start menu. It'll be preferred to make a logo for the application, or even just a simple initial to tell BlendFarm apart from other applications.

Ah sorry for not responding earlier, I forgot after viewing it. This is actually a bug. BlendFarm does have a logo, it just appears to be broken in the current build pipeline.
