A web server to function as a client instead of a standalone .exe

This may be useful only to some, as it would not be able to use project sync.

The idea is that I would host the webserver running BlendFarm for my colleagues so they could render some frames that they're not able to render on their PC's - quick and dirty, without them needing to download anything.

This was planned at some point mostly as a business use-case, but because the amount of interest in it wasn't very clear I ended up dropping it. As it also falls outside of the intended scope of the project.

So for now its considered low priority.
