In this merge:

CI/CD (GitHub Actions) can automatically build an executable file (.exe) and release it on GitHub!

Changes:

main.spec, specification used by pyinstaller to create output
version.txt, version number used by ci/cd to mark the release.
.gitignore, updated to ignore build files from pyinstaller
Other files, updated file paths to be compatible with exe. Disabled git-updater checks if using exe.

Bugfixes:

Testplan couldn't be created if any IO was used, this was wrong. Should only not generate if input IO is used.

Known bugs:

Not specific to this branch, but it looks like the internal signals injector isn't restoring properly.
