Add Scene view information text #302

Adds a small extendable layout group to the lower right of the scene view, displaying brush and model counts. This comes with a preference option to toggle this, which is off by default.

Hi! I took a look at the PR, nice work One thing though, which wasn't clear from the images. I would love it if you added a background behind the text otherwise it'll be hard to see when your scene is a similar color to the text
