Updated to 1.16.5. Added the ability to increase and decrease zoom. Cleaned a lot of code up. Tested in survival and works just fine.

Updated to 1.17 which supersedes this PR.

Well this PR also adds zoom levels but since you said you do not intend on adding them, I guess it's good.
