Show search link on indicatorregistry #4

I think we do need a search link on indicatorregistry.net, but not a search box on each page. Ideally it would be this page with a blank search box (i.e., not with 'financial' in the search): http://registry.aristotlemetadata.com/search?q=financial

I think the small search box is enough for now.
