Hi, I can't give you any solution at this moment, but I reproduced the issue and will look into it.
@Rackme do you use Burp installed through macos installator or plain jar? I can reproduce the issue only on the installed version. The plain jar version works fine. I'll dig into it later to see what causes the difference. At this moment I can suggest you a workaround to download plain jar from portswigger.net and run it java -jar <file>

@mmmds Yes exactly, I'm using the macos install, not the jar. I did not expect this could be an issue with extensions (could by like a portswigger "sandbox" ?).

Using Burp 2021.8.2, I am not able to mock any request.

Is there any way to have a verbose debug to understand what is happening ?
