Checkpoint 2 ready for review

@pawaitemadisoncollege i think checkpoint 2 is complete. As far as i can tell week 4 is far enough to get checkpoint 2 complete.

Looks like you have the hibernate/dao aspect for checkpoint 2. Other items that need updating for this checkpoint:

• [x] time log/journal/reflections seem out of date. Maybe it would be best to pick one of these and get rid of the others?
• [ ] project plan - still need target dates.
• [ ] project plan - check off what is complete. See below for an example of a completed item:
• [x] a completed thing
• [x] Can you point me to the ERD?

Other items:

• [x] .gitignore file is empty? Be sure to add this asap. Versioning things that change often, like the target directory makes it very difficult to track down changes when troubleshooting. I highly recommend removing the target directory from GitHub altogether.

Sorry it took so long but I have completed most of these things and my project plan seems to be evolving faster than i have had time to realize what's changing.
